Awards
During my research career I received an award of St. Petersburg Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, medals (breastplates) “Golden Owl” and “Silver Owl” from the Faculty of Philosophy of Man, Herzen State University of Russia. My book “From the Glorious Past to the Bright Future. Philosophy of History and Utopia in Russia in the Epoch of Enlightenment” (St. Petersburg, 2005) was awarded with a diploma of St. Petersburg Philosophical Society in the nomination “Development of Classical Philosophical Problems”. I was a laureate of the competition organized by the Foundation of the Development of Russian Education for the best research book written by university faculty in 2007 for my book “Andrei Bolotov. About the Souls of Dead People” (St. Petersburg: Aleteia, 2006. My compilation, introduction, and notes). “A Library of the Russian Social Thought” series, where I prepared 2 volumes on the 18th century, won the national competition and was announced “The Book of the Year 2010”.
